Certainly an eye-catching composition!  I really like your choice of the top arching structure, which frames everything nicely. My only suggestion might be to up the contrast or vibrance a bit to give it a little more pop. Otherwise, very good.

Su,  The perspective and angle of view are excellent and with the unique "through the arch" view make a compelling image.   I did a little tinkering,  crop from the top, reduced contrast, and took off the two distracting flags that stick out on the sides.   I disagree about adding contrast to add pop. I think too much contrast creates a muddy image.  Let the arch and the middle building do the walking and the talking in this lovely image.  Larry
