Overall, I really like the ferns, rocks and water.  But, there is something about the tree area that is "not quite right".  Is there more image available on the top to help balance the bottom?  The mist and feeling in the tree area is nice, but maybe, it's just the brighter sections of the sky that throw it off a bit.

Nicely done though!
