Low tide in Watchet Harbour, Somerset, UK. In the distance low

cloud over South Wales. All comments very welcome, thank you.

I don't know what technique you've used there (polarity filter?) but I find the inverted sky horrible. The weather is truly dramatic, but I find the whole effect creates a whirlwind of confusion and the lighthouse completely loses its place as the centre of attention.

It's probably just me, but there you go.

Hi Dale. Thank you for your comprehensive critique. In reply, I've not used any effects, techniques or filters to take this image. This is a view I can look at most days and this was taken because of the sky which is NOT inverted. It was taken as a Leica RAW file then converted to B&W jpeg, the light tweaked and is more or less SOOC. I've viewed your portfolio for guidance and inspiration, but unfortunately came away very disappointed and even more frustrated. Regards Ken.
