Yeah Jack, you're seeing what I'm seeing!  Riding through the woods today this particular species of plant is dominant and all over the place.  This plant is flowering and in the sunlight are these myriads of slender stalks seemed to me to be reaching upwards in celebration of summer.   How things change from day to day!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Every year I plant a vegetable garden in pots on my balcony. I put in some tomatoes in late April and they're struggling along looking all shy and reticent and then suddenly they turn into the King Kong of the vegetable world, threatening to take over not only my balcony but my neighbor's as well. High drama!

To Jennifer whom I ran into at Crosby 8/19/2016. If you come down here more often, do not leave a camera bag or purse in your locked car. Cars get their windows smashed every week down here! I forgot to tell you this when we met.
