 I like the interaction of the 3 characters, William R Thomas certainly seems to look to the opposite side; Smiling dad (making good contact with the camera);  and  the sweet baby, immersed in a placid dream  (and oblivious to everything that happens around).

Really good one. The contrast between the framed picture of the old principal and the young father with his baby couldn't be better. Beautifully composed.
