Thanks Wobby! I took hundred of images of this family of Eared Grebe and only have a few good images. I wished I had brough my 7D II + 500mm with me but in my rush to go to the pond I left the big setup in my laundry room (LOL).  One of the thing about this small setup is that I have to get close enough to get the same quality(that I am used to)  like my big setup :-)  - The upside is that it's so compact and light and allow me to move all over the places while if I lug the big setup with me I tend to stay in one place.
