It was delicious and what more,my mother-in-law was delighted with it.Here, lobster or crab is the preferred dish for Mother's Day dinner.

Both lobster and crab are the top local delicacies and coincidence....the start of the fishing season for both is around May 1st just in time for Mother's Day.The cold waters just rid of the ice cover is perfect and ensures the best tasting meat.

Thank you for looking in and for the observation.Easy.....when you decide to come and visit, choose between May 1st and July 1st and you can have it fresh out of the water;the rest of the year,it is imported from down our coast as the season shifts in the different fishing zones.

Who says that a photograph can't have more than one subject?  This one is successful in capturing the flavor(s) of dinner, which celebrates a very special day.  Clearly, your mother-in-law is joyful at there prospect of extracting that delicious meat from the lobster's carapace.
