Black-necked Stilt Tango 2 -Click image to view larger!

The Avocet & Black-necked Stilt has been mating so far away and I drag out my Canon 7D Mark II + 1.4x TC + 500mm F4 IS for this shot.Aside from having 1120mm compares to 800mm of the Olympus + Lumix\Leica 100-400mm it's also benifit from 30% larger sensor, hence, even in so so lighting condition it still looks good to me.

You've captured a great moment in a good amount of detail. Additionally the flat white light and still water gives the picture a relaxing ambience.

Thanks Dale! I wish for more sunlight (they mated kind of late in the afternoon in the shade) but this lighting condition helps with not getting the white over blown.

This image is tender, Tm J.  Love it! Here we sometimes see these birds, which are called cigueñelas.
Kind Regards,

Rosario.
