Larger view preferred. This mural is an ad painted on the side of an old

building that is or was the Major Tire Co. In all likelihood ,it is no longer

major. . Ironically, the mural has been in place years longer than the new

light rail line that is now across the street from it. The mural also captures a

slice of the provincialism of St. Paul. MN. Your comments are

appreciated.Thanks. Larry

Larry -- Very nice shot, interesting capture.  Spent quite a bit of time in the area, never saw this one.  Thanks.  If there is a point of view where you could catch Light rail starting to pass / enter in front of the mural, that might be an interesting contrast, or maybe too much.  All the best, Sandy

Sandy,  I totally agree about catching the light rail in an image of this.  It is parallel, but not easy to capture together - perhaps a super wide angle might do it; the train did not go by while I was there shooting this.  Many thanks for your comment.  Larry
