Hmm, you do this today and you get shot or arrested, to think people use to be neighborly. It's your usual excellent work Tony, transporting us to another time.

This is Mosh Yodder, the first ever known what we call today as

a "Pepping Tom" Because candle light was the main source of

illumination back then, Mosh had to almost place himself inside the

window to get a good peek. The term Pepping Mosh was used to

describe this type of person. In the 1920's almost no one heard of

the name Mosh so it was changed to "Tom"
