The eve of the start of the crab-fishing season is the busiest and

most colorful day of the year at the wharf as all the boats are

completing their rigging for the next morning's departure.Loading

cannot be done earlier as the bait has to be set as the traps are

being stacked on deck and fixed to the lead cables and buoys already

installed and awaiting the arrival of the traps.Other images of this
