Still trying to figure out the contraption next to it.  Some kind of bean or corn picker I reckon.

This  is  the subject, you supposed  to  photograph in a rainy or  overcast  day as you did it. The mood  on the  old  homestead  is  excellently  presented  here. Composition and  contrast,  color  is  excellent. 

Thank you for  the attached  shot  of the  wagon or  farm machinery or what  ever  for the  information for  the state  of the soundings of  this  old house,  carrying lots of spirits and  memories.

I try to imagine that this place was with life and lot of activities, time passed and just some remains still to be.Interesting subject.

The slow decline of the structure as it slips back inevitably to nature had a beauty all of it's own.  I like the angle of the shot and the natural framing by the trees!

Hi Mike - thanks for the research.  I think you're right - an old hay baler for sure.  A whole lot more work then the modern machinery produces!
