Unexpected meet

A walk in the forest and a nice subject came in front of my steps,is

twice in years I see this creature and is very interesting one.After a

very strange winter with less snow April comes with warm temperature

and all creatures come alive.

...and after few minutes of walk same day in a fresh mud a very clear bear cub print,glad to do not meet them on path.

A wonderful find among the left over leaves, the bright spots announcing its presence. 

It's good to see the signs of nature, only last week I managed to get a photo of a Kingfisher which I will have to post when I get time.

A beautiful little forest creature indeed.  It looks exactly like our spotted salamander - perhaps the same species?

I also like the brown withered leaves as a compliment.

We have these too- but ours seem skinnier - maybe this one's pregnant??

We also have bears, but we rarely see them- which is fine with me :) G
