The colours of the 1st Battalion Staffordshire Regiment laid for the

final time in the South Transept of Lichfield Cathedral, when replaced

by the 3rd Battalion Mercian Regiment. All comments very welcome,

thank you.

The colors are beautiful Ken as interesting as it is well captured. I like the details when viewed large. I was wondering about the blue hue towards the top left of the image?

Hi Holger. Thank you for the comment and your observations. The blue top left is bright sun light through a window. The flags are illuminated by tungsten lights and I didn't adjust the white balance leaving it to emphasize the flags vivid colours. Best regards Ken.
