M_Lipakis 3 Posted March 25, 2016 DISDAIN, yeah but with a touch of arrogance as well. It seems to me that you deliberately choose what you want to "extract" out of your models every time Sweid.Ps. Just an idea to crop the white area at the top out of the frame, i don't know? Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted March 26, 2016 Again, you captured your model in a way that draws the attention to her penetrating eyes. It is at the same time an inquiring look and one that says I know it anyway, in this age of instant communication it is hard to be surprised. There is something of the clash of generations in this series, for it underlines the strength and weakness of this younger group that experiences immediate gratification with a constant need for more. A verty interesting work. Link to comment
sideris 0 Posted March 27, 2016 My obsession with photography is the pursue of emotional impact, most of the time with poor results, and sometimes with an acceptable quality. About defects, you're right, the upper left grey triangle is a bit boring, I've cloned it tying to improve the composition, but when I do it suddenly the sense of the hat and depth seems lost, her face does appear like on a black background. I'm in the middle of a dilemma. Thank you very much for your visit! JohnYour description of this generation is accurate and clever. I'm suffering it with my 19 y.o. boy. On the other hand, they born with a brave sense of ethics and moral, until... until their education is finished. Sometimes those virtues survive, with damages but survive. And sometimes are crushed. About the photo, the detail pointed by Michail still being an issue, I'm not satisfied with this image. I'm working on it. At last, as you pointed, her eyes are impressive! Thank you a lot my friend.
