2nd Beach Sun & Tree

I love these scraggly tough little trees atop this sea stack at 2nd Beach

in Olympic National park. I timed it to be there at sunset last visit and

walked all around it shooting many shots.

That's excactly what i had in mind!!!

Jim; nicely planned, seen, captured, and rendered. The B&W treatment is the perfect vehicle for this study in profiles. The white surf is an effective contrast. Is the haloing along the cliff edge natural, due to salt spray, or is it an artifact of PP? If an artifact, do you think more blending across the background would make it any better? Now I must visit this spot on my next trip to the Olympic Peninsula. Thanks for sharing.
