Living or dead, please?

This one I used to see in the city park when I was four years old, it was made of stone, then, decades after that it disappeared and once in the last decade I saw it in a courtyard of a villa on the road to my psychiatric clinic! I, of course rushed to save it in my camera! That's the long story!
