Great shot. You've ferreted out the magical side of an otherwise ordinary landscape which I greatly prefer to most awe inspiring views of Nature that need little in the way of creative imagination and that would have every Tom, Dick and Harry reaching for his camera.

I like this capture. A little dreary looking with a good choice of B&W. I do however feel that the image is a tad out of focus.

Jack, Benjamin, thanks for your comments. The look is intentional. I wanted something a little dramatic and a little dreamy. I did a lot of burning to get the foreground and tree trunks darker in a way the contrasted well with the path and the sky, so there's the drama and I chose low detail processing to give the dreamy, slightly grainy look.
