livvie 0 Posted October 13, 2003 nice shot robert ... eerie with fantasy element ... might have liked ledge and possibly top to meet, with corner shown, for more satisfying balance. Link to comment
vlad po... 1 Posted October 13, 2003 Nice composition, Robert. So, you have visited Transsylvania already and made this shot. Great. Link to comment

ilona wellmann 0 Posted October 13, 2003 Great composition Robert ! Are you born in Transilvania ( Romania) ? Link to comment
roberto4 0 Posted October 13, 2003 I know Transilvania ( your home ;-) ) only from the "Rocky Horror Picture Show". But I'll be soon there Link to comment
rajeevthomas 1 Posted October 14, 2003 Stunning picture.....the emotions this picture evokes are beyond describing.....one of the best photos I have seen here in the photo.net!!! Great job!!! Link to comment
mark anthony 0 Posted October 14, 2003 This is a very nice picture. My only comment is that the edges need touching up. If you look close you can see it has a bit to much of a cut out efect Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted October 14, 2003 One another of your fantastic and dreamlike works! I love your photos of this kind. A great success. I think I shall stay for a moment on this balcony. Link to comment
margaret_s. 0 Posted October 14, 2003 Robert, I see that you created a mirror-image of the arches (which explains why the bottom is cropped I guess ;-) Very clever although if I were you, I'd have concealed the telltale signs with some cloning. Good sky... I especially like the dark tobacco tone on the bottom part. The big dark cloud gives an ominous feel. You could experiment with this image and see what it would look like with a full moon in your sky (just for fun) The image conveys a very creepy feel to it, I like it. I can hear Vlad's evil laugh in my head already... hehe.. Nice work! Link to comment
roberto4 0 Posted October 14, 2003 You are right it is a mirror, you have good Ideas and I'm now experimenting with a new one. But like Jim once said : it is only a draft. And now I posta new one. Also an experiment. Link to comment
roberto4 0 Posted October 14, 2003 Thank Yo all, i never expected such a good resonance for this experiment. Link to comment
robert semnic 0 Posted October 14, 2003 How did you achieved the fish eye effect? And why is the edge of the wall in zic-zac manner? I wish I could see the stone angle on the bottom. Very nice Link to comment
margaret_s. 0 Posted October 15, 2003 Robert, keep experimenting!! Can't wait to see more :)) Link to comment
manuel.rincon 0 Posted October 15, 2003 Very beautiful shot. However, I do not understand shadows. Maybe it has been done with a system of flashes, but given the halos, I think this is a composition of two pictures with different sun locations. This gives the picture a sense of ireality that may work as a transilvanian picture. Manuel. Link to comment
