Ken, thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you find this engaging and interesting. I'm not sure what the equivalent cultural/historical highway might be in Britain, if there is one. The near-archaeological nature of the leftovers from the glory days is fascinating to me and many others, and a natural photographic subject.
