I think is not easy to catch a moment like this with bright light from the ice and dark in rest of image.For sure PC filter is useful,I see you used it.

Thank you.I used the circ polarizer to enhance the definition in the largely colorless scene and then split the image at the horizon to further tweak separately in PP.
