A little contortion goes a long way. Got to love this. Would have liked to have seen all of her right elbow. 

As others have said, the title is quite appropriate to the mood of the image. The pillow on the right and her left side form an interesting complimentary shape. There is also a terrific line that starts in her neck and continues down her torso.
