Very fine shot.  I like the colors and composition.  The pilings work wonderfully in conjunction with the skyscrapers. Though I once lived in NYC, I would not have recognized the skyline from this angle.

Nelson,  I really like your unique look at Manhattan.  The pier markers (whatever they are called)  create a terrific perspective that puts the buildings in an "L" shaped configuration.  It takes a good eye to see and record this well.  The blur in the water also creates an nice mood and contrast to the buildings.  One suggestion: you may have over sharpened the foreground.  Do you see the white border around the rocks and piers? This could be chromatic aberration that may be from sharpening?  Excellent image.  Larry
