yanzhang 1 Posted January 2, 2016 Happy New Year to everyone! Starting to post my photos made from very recent trip to Southern Alpsin New Zealand. Due to the bad weather, we had to leave Darran Mountains in Fiordlandearlier than our plan, and drove to Mount Cook, where there was abetter chance to get a one or two days weather window. We had to waita whole day in Unwin Hut until the weather settled down the next day. Then we started our two-day trip to a high mountain location.A spectacular sunset occurred on the first evening during our two-dayscamping in this mountain location. I found the edge between the twintarns provided a very appealing leading line in this composition, while the far away Mount Cook summit and other mountain peaksillustrated such beautiful mountain surroundings. Some technical information for this photo: this is a single exposure, and one 2-stop GND Soft Lee filter and a 105mm LB+W Singh Ray CPLfilter are used. Thanks for viewing this image. Link to comment
