I like the setup and the environment. If this is a documentary shot (of a reconstruction), it could help to give a brief introduction in the critic request or title. I think that would really draw viewers' attention.

As you may realize yourself, the quality of the light could be vastly improved by shooting early morning or late afternoon.

I think the most interesting element in your scene is the juxtaposition of the horse driven cart and the audi next to one another (new vs old). I could imagine lots of opportunity here, by making the horse cart your focus of interest.

It is the reconstruction after a flood in 1940, and I am currently writing a book about the architect, who was fellow in Rome a while as I am now.
