An excellent DOF choice.  I wonder what Joseph would think of Christmas today, but I like the mixture of the classic sculpture with the festive lights... Mike

David,

The high contrast background could be obscuring the subtle shades on the statue. I have another idea. How about capturing just the reflection rather than the original statue. The reflection overlaid with the floating lights could make a very interesting scene, in my opinion.
