I use to believe that a bw pinhole photograph is the most similar creation to a X Ray image.

I mean, as the X Ray, this image go profoundly beyond the surface, developing the inner structure of a human being. Usually when one can see "inside" the mystery suddenly outcrops as a thick wall, provoking questions without answers, but the attraction of the mystery still being there.

i cannot imagine this picture more beautifully and accurately described than in Sweid's comment,,,, i will say that the lit and darked out choices you've made, Bjorn, effectively evince for the viewer's eyes the dynamic of watching the woman watch her own inner mind. the lowered eye, the hunched shoulders, the grasped hands betray her inward-looking dynamic... awesome ;-} dp
