I've been taking the time to go back in some of the many files that all

of us so often forget about - we take so many images and focus on

what we might like best out of 500 taken in one afternoon, but it is

easy to forget that there could be the odd one we have forgotten

about. I decided to add some layers as the background to this image

was not very pleasing. Hope you enjoy it :) Gail

Before I even read the title I was imagining something that was submerged. It kind of looks like a self propelled jelly fish kind of creature, but from a sub-aqua fantasy world where your imagination is the only limit.  A Beautiful creation!

Very well done : - )

Glad to see you at it again Gail. Beautiful shot and very apropos for us who are tasting the beginning of cold "flowerless" weather. Gorgeous work in your layering technique. I gotta learn how to do that!!

yes, a lily --  pretty colors of the petals and nice, neutral backdrop that has interest.  This somehow gives me hope of beauty in the world and calm and peace.

what you describe happens to me all the time,Gail. But in order to discover that odd forgotten image which might have a second chance one has to return back regularly to older files. What you came up with and did what you did to it , is onirical, delicate , precious! Have a great day my friend!

Not so odd, but oh so pretty Gail. I like the upside down perspective as it creates an underwater feel. Very nice work.

Beautiful and original (I'm not surprised) shot, Gail You've taken a Tiger Lilly and turned it into an explorer of other worlds. Good to see you posting again. I hope the clouds have cleared with you. You had quite a rough patch there.

Texture is incorporated into the image so uniquely, this powerfully composed image takes on a real and surreal feel.  Brilliant work, Gail.  Ranks a 7 in my book.
