Not Here 93 Posted November 30, 2015 This entire series of your previous journey to Indonesia is both very well documented and enlightening. These people seem to have little materially by today's outrageous standards, but the smiles you've captured are so genuine and refreshing. Thanks for sharing all of these... Mike Link to comment

frigo 4,155 Posted December 2, 2015 Thank you! Life in rural Indonesia was/is still very basic as you detect but it does not hinder these friendly and generous people from readily inviting you in their village and even in their homes as Monique and I were on several occasions...Good memories!Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment

frigo 4,155 Posted December 2, 2015 Thank you kindly. When approached softly,it was not difficult to have volunteers for a group shot;I guess however interesting/enriching these encounters were for my wife and I,we realized that we were also some object of curiosity in these out of the way villages not used to our type of visitors....sort of win-win encounters.Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
