You can tell how proud she is by her eyes and the body language. Why not, she is a fertile, healthy, beautiful mam doing the most natural thing for a woman.  Breast feeding, raising strong children. Looking at this image i can't stop  thinking how much money are spend on encouraging women to breastfeed their kids... 

Thank you for a very valid observation.As you note,while we spend large amounts to encourage it,I think it would an impossible task to discourage this most natural and healthy practice here in Indonesia where one encounters these scenes continuously especially in the rural areas.
