sjmurray 33,734 Posted November 21, 2015 I took this before I went digital. 4x5 ektachrome, scanned. This is a wooden barrier on the Mississippi in St. Paul, MN. I don't exactly know why this barrier is here, but I think it has something to do with the railroad bridge. You can see the trees and logs that piled up after being carried down river during periods of high water. Link to comment
