Thanks for viewing/comments! Steam the lobster first, take out the meat and cut them

up. Put a bit of oil in the pan, thow in cut-up ginger, garlic and throw in the lobster with

oyster sauce, pepper mix with some corn starch. At the end, throw in the scallion and

basil leaves. - Enjoy! :-)

Thanks Mr. Mancil! I did not eat any .. my Boss ate it all .. 1.89 lbs with shell . I find that I now tend to shoot all sort of stuff because it's so easy to do so with the Sony and the tiny 10-18mm lens.

Muito obrigado Joao! I would not know since the  'Boss' ate it all and she keeps asking what I put in it  :-) - Just the combination of oyster sauce, cut-up ginger, garlic and basil leaves go together. In the restaurat, they chop up the lobster, deep-fried and then stir-fried but I want to cut the oil and steam it and since my Queen does not want to get her hands dirty I peel the meat out and cook it this way.
