PSA Ribbon winning B&W version of a previous posting, now doing well on

the international photography salon circuit, 3 salons, three awards.

Does it stack up against the full colour version?

A 'glass jaw' might be the only factor in the undoing of either of these boxers as they both look fit enough as to almost be indestructible. You were lucky enough in getting a ringside viewpoint and made excellent use of it.  Superb focusing with that f1.0 lens, especially since the DOF is so shallow at that opening and the constant motion these two were involved in.  Just enough blur around the gloves to give a sense of movement.  B&W presentation has a classic feel to it, reminiscent of the Life magazine photos of Ali & others.  Good enough for publication I'm sure!  Certainly for a position near the top of your 'keeper' file.  Best, Len.
