Nice use of the shade and light. The waterfall makes this very interesting using a good POV, well spotted and presented. Best regards Ken.

A beautiful and serene setting, I can hear the waterfall and feel the cool shade.  I wondered how this would look with the shadow opened up a tad and the white point adjusted for the white water at the bottom right.  I've attached the results for your review.  It's certainly not offered as better, just another interpretation.  Thanks for sharing this image... Mike

Mike, I concur with your opinion. I actually made a similar adjustment in my own photos, but after I had uploaded the one in my portfolio. I also find the degree of darkness in the shadows is substantially impacted by which monitor I use. My home monitor shows much lighter in the shadows than at my office. Good work, and thank you for your kind words and encouragement.

Ken; I'm very glad you like it. I had to go a bit off-trail to get this view. You should check Mike's adjusted version. I think it works even better, depending on your screen. Thanks for the input and kind words.
