I really like the composition and the stark contrast between the vivid green of the bank and algae, and the reflecting surface of the pond. It almost feels like we have come to the edge of a sharp cliff.

Thanks for the comments guys.  This fall has really stimulated me with the colors and textures that are so different from summer.  This particular scene caught my eye as I rode by on my bike with the dog.
