Thanks Bill! I've just bought a Sony 10-18mm which is buit for APS-C sensor but I want to use it on the A7R fullframe from 12mm to 17mm but I have to cut off some fuzzy peripheral area. I can set the camera to APS-C mode but that limit the image to 15mp and I want more pixel as well as something more than 15mm (10-18mm on APS-C is 15-27mm, btw).  If I used this on my A6000 then I get 24mp + 15-27mm  ...
