This wild flower is growing in my backyard. Image taken in very,

late afternoon light, fill flash. I liked the flower shape, sort of

looks like Ram Horns.

Very nice - the dead red flowers add some color - too bad about the dying purple ones further up, though. But hey - nature doesn't take requests.

Ram horns indeed - but you shouldn't say that, you should leave the viewers' fantasy free to fly... There is a hint of Mandelbrot's fractals in the way the stems curl up, and I am sure that also Fibonacci numbers are involved here... I agree on the cropping suggestions: the main subject needs to fil the frame without distracting empty borders. Good eye!
