It's a lovely concept, city life with the cathedral looming in the back. The night-lights render really well. But I feel the composition feels a bit unbalanced, as all the action is on the right (the light trails and cars coming), while the left feels empty in comparison. Also the lights on the right make great star-shapes, while on the left, no such luck. It would have helped, in my view, if something would have passed on the left to complete the image.
