Jack McRitchie 150 Posted October 26, 2015 This seems almost like an elaborate and highly detailed model; a beautifully constructed maritime diorama. I've never seen such a sea; it looks like it is made out of hand painted plaster. Link to comment
joaodebarros 1 Posted October 26, 2015 Windy, sailing only with the small sails...I believe they are (very) close to the coastline. Beautiful sea, nice photo! Link to comment

thadley 15 Posted October 27, 2015 I agree - the sea is the most intriguing and appealing of this image for me. The narrow brown streak of water also adds to the appeal. While this is very good, I might have gone for a 2nd shot where the sea occupies the bottom 2/3rds. Keep on shooting, Link to comment
M_Lipakis 3 Posted October 27, 2015 Thank you all for your comments. I am glad that all those water spills on the camera were not totally in vane. It's a photo right out the harbour taken 1Km (0.62 Miles) away from the boat. Usually during winter all kind of currents meet here and give to the sea those colors. It was raining these days and the sediment from a near by torrent is traveling along the coast (here by the jetty) adds this extra brown strip in the image. Link to comment
chris_hamilton29 29 Posted October 27, 2015 Great golours, scene and capture, like the light wavy ling throughout the middle. Link to comment
Bachir 0 Posted October 29, 2015 Michail, Interesting explanation on the colours of the sea. That's a pretty rare view and it's quite a magnificent shot with that beautiful boat on rough water. Excellent photograph! Link to comment
