Jack McRitchie 150 Posted October 15, 2015 I like the composition very much. I imagine you used HDR to lighten the shadows but results in a rather flat effect. My one criticism of HDR is that it tends to give a smudged appearance which is apparent here. If somehow you can overcome this drawback, this would read almost like a line drawing and would be, I think, very effective. As is, this is still a very good picture. Link to comment

kazimir 5 Posted October 20, 2015 Many thanks on your (as usual) elaborate comment...I don't use HDR but my workflow which I use for more than three months now (all of my recent pictures) it seems that resemble to HDR very much altough it is not my intention and probably (since I still not perfected my workflow) I tend to overdo a things (LR Clarify button)...As for a picture in question - it was sitting for a while because I was not happy with results (a really flat) so I use a little bit radical approach and now I'm almost satisfied with a result...Thanks! andAll the best!!!
