With a central point of focus and blur all around this is interesting.I like the colors indeed fit for this period of time,his life will be no longer with cold weather will be soon.After all I read on reviews about macro lenses I know that this 90mm tamron is one of the best,so I wait to see maybe more macro from you.

Thank you.When I spotted these snails on the  asphalt pavement,I picked them up and placed them on a fallen leaf for the colorful background;the macro lense has a very shallow DOF when used at close range and makes it difficult(for me) to get the whole insect in focus,especially the antennas which are continuously in movement and set at the extreme of the focus area.I had to sharpen some of the blurred parts in PP.This lense I have for some time now and I guess I should use more often to get better results.

Thank you! The autumnal Maple leaf matched the yellow shell of the little animal.

It is a colorful time here before we get overtaken by that white stuff.Thank you for the kind observation.

Smart of you to move this little guy to a more pleasing background.  This is a stunning shot!  The blur doesn't bother me in the least.  There's something about the round circular shapes contrasting with the diagonal veins in the leaf and the stunning color....I really love this!

Laurent;

The amount of bokeh is perfect for this photo. It highlights the snail as well as adds color. Very well done. Thank you for sharing it.
