There is no right or wrong but here is how I see this image  and this is based on what another photographer suggested to me in one of my fall BW images last year. I am stressing that this is just an exchange i.e. food for thought.

I believe, your guys  is  right, but,  I supposed  to tilt  the  camera  higher  in the  first place, to  get  more of  this  very unusual  cloud  formation,  at sunset, which is  two  layers of  clouds  and  had  no  idea  how  is it  formed. It is  not a contrails ( maybe one of them)  as  some of  you  suggested, and was there  quite  long time  before and after sunset. I  have several  shot  of this  sky.
