:-)   Yah, she seems to have her tail feathers in a knot about something.  He's got that "What?"  look about him.  The tree is only about 15 or 20 ft. away, so within the range of the 200mm kit lens. (for fine details).  Best, Len.

Great balance contrast and fine detail.  There is definitely some kind of dialogue going on there which makes it so much interesting than a photo of 2 waxwings. He probably forgot their anniversary or some such cardinal sin! : - )

The similarities between the animal kingdom and the human one are indeed apparent in this shot.  He screwed up and therefore gets to do penance in the spare room (branch).  :-)  'twas a fun evening with an  inordinate number of keepers, this one among them. Best, Len.
