Hawkeye

Hawkeye is a big guy but his size didn't help him in a tussle with a coyote.

Probably neither did the fact that he's a lover, not a fighter. He's got some

pretty ugly wounds, but they're healing. I'm sure he'd feel better and heal

faster if he were in a nice home and not a cement kennel.

Best of luck to Hawkeye.  Perhaps he will take some lessons from his namesake, Hawkeye - Le Long Carabine, before tackling the next coyote ;-)... Mike

Hawkeye is all healed up and has found a wonderful home. Good for him.
