Excellent b&w treatment and capture AJ. The tones are rich and the contrast perfect. The sunlight dappling on the horses is an added bonus. Fine work.

Excellent job capturing the inherent majesty of these incredible animals and also the sadness inherent in their being used as beasts of burden.  They appear to be standing in formation, as if they wouldn't know what to do with freedom if it were presented to them.
