GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted September 10, 2015 She is lovely Pierre. So nice to see you do Portraits. Lovely hazel eyes. I can tell that she is comfortable having you take her Photo - can't help but wonder if she is related. I see a bit of your lovely wife in her I think. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 259 Posted September 10, 2015 Thank you, Tina! She doesn't think she's beautiful, me neither, but I find her face very rich with interesting features! PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 259 Posted September 10, 2015 Nothing escapes your keen eye and mind, Gail! Yes, she's my wife's relative, a daughter of her late sister! Thank you both for your express reaction! PDE Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 259 Posted September 10, 2015 Well said, Maria! It's also my view! Thank you Thank you, Greg, Black background is very dear to me! The RAW file allowed me to darken it completely! It was the room next to the one I took picture, the lights were off and the light of the room where I took pictures didn't lit it much! Welcome aboard, Jim, Never would guess me to be THE photographer or A photographer? Ha! Cheers to that Thank you, buddy! Thank you, Franz! Well seen and said! Artistic portraits don't need Miss World! PDE Link to comment

Eystein 1 Posted September 10, 2015 Very nice, and I like the not completely dark background. I often prefer that instead of the totally black.RegardsEystein Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 259 Posted September 10, 2015 Welcome and thank you, Rick and Eystein! Eystein, I thought it was completely black, not 00000, but it was completely black to my sight! Maybe your monitor is too bright when you see details in the dark! Cheers PDE Link to comment
michaellinder 16,611 Posted September 10, 2015 You really should do more portrait work! I too find this image to be beautiful and honest, as Nebojsa states. It very clearly reflects both sweetness and innocence on this lovely woman's part, as shown by the wisps of hair over her forehead, right ear, and right cheek. Her eyes and lips also reflect what I perceive to be a bit of impishness, as if she's having fun posing. You did a great job with the color and quality of her skin tones. Bravissimo, Maestro! My best always, michael Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 259 Posted September 11, 2015 Welcome and thank you, Garry! Yes, the eyes, they are always the central object of each portrait, aren't they! PDE Link to comment
chris_panagiotidis 0 Posted September 11, 2015 As mentioned by almost everybody (in your always crowdy corner), Petraki, the all important eyes rendering and impact through them is extremely well served. Your niece apart her beautiful features looks abudant of a rich esoteric world that comes out unforcedly thanks to your straightforward approach. Best wishes for a great day, file mou!
