A very good (6) image, Ernest.  Aside from the manner by which you captured the mountains (color, detail, sharpness), I'm quite impressed by the overall composition.  The road toward the background is barely visible, leaving the impression that a traveller is approaching nothingness.

I wonder if you could have taken the shot from the other side of the road which would have gotten rid of the guard rails and all those signs. I agree that the road is great in the distance and colors are awesome!
