This has the potential to be quite a good image.  There are 2 major issues here, though.

 

(1) The building has a severe tilt from left to right.  You probably could have avoided this problem had you used the building entrance as your focal point (a composition issue).  I straightened it using 1 simple step in Photoshop Elements.  The result, which you see below, illustrates the 2nd major issue.

 

(2) You were too close to the building when you shot this photograph.  That resulted in a part of the building's left side being cut off.  If you revisit this site, you may want to shoot the photo again.

I downloaded GIMP recently to make some transparent maps, and I will be able to use it for such issues. I saw that Picasa is not anymore supported :(
