Tony, I'm trying to grasp what I'm looking at. I think the soldier looks as though he may be Japanese but the bike throws me over to WW1. I'm so confused, help a brother out. I like the image itself very much, it really gives us a view of daily life in war. Interesting and good work.

I often get that question about my images "what in the hell am I looking at" not a problem.

It figures I can not find my notes so I am going from memory and at my age, that's a crap shoot. The man is not Oriental, however, after processing this, he does have the look, it must be the angle. His facial hair does look like a fu man chew, his moustache was shorter than what appears, must be a shadow thing. The man sounded confident when he spoke of the bike, Simpson (the make), I believe, World War 2 area, German

I have just started studying WWll, so I had to take his word on it.

I did question his tent, it was green and with out a window, that much I know about the German living arrangements.

I probably made you more confused.... Ask me something about my Civil War stuff or porno, I know more about those subjects...
