Although I don't agree with the title, I like this shot. The subject is posed rather elegantly.

If I may offer a minor nitpick: the highlights on the girl's dress (approximately half-way down the frame) need to be brought down. Her face is a little dark but I wouldn't worry about that. I prefer imperfect ambient light than unnecessary artificial light. Maybe a reflector could have been used, in hindsight.

Nice unguarded moment of a little girl. I agree with the above post that the highlights are "blown out" but I think that could be fixed easily in adobe raw converter with the highlights adjuster.  On my monitor the rest could be a little lighter too, but I just got a new monitor and I'm not sure I have the dynamic range set just right yet!

I just saw the color version of this on your website.  Its perfect and no problems with highlights!  I like the color one better!
